Naval Cadet Corps

Potsin T. I. Ahmadiyya Naval Cadet Corps was established in 2003 and became the first Naval Cadet Corps to be established in the Central Region. The Cadet has contributed greatly to the growth of the school as well as the District and the Region. Its establishment has contributed to instilling discipline among the students. The Cadet takes charge of all guard of honours in all the school’s anniversary celebrations and any other ceremony which requires the former. Based on the training, discipline and hard work in both academic and extra-curricular activities, many past students who were members have been commissioned into the Ghana Security Agencies. The school has the Cadet at heart and does not downplay their activities hence procured uniforms and all materials and equipment meant for their activities and competitions.

The Cadet has competed in almost all the competitions held in the zone, Southern Sector, Region and National. In 2010, the Cadet took part in the first ever Central Regional Cadet Drills Competition. This experience emerged pleasant opportunity for the school to nurture students who have interest to join the military after school.The following have been achieved in Cadet:
